Can’t join us?
Review our cancellation policies and cancel or modify your reservation by contacting our 24/7 customer support team.
If your reservation is for a standard property (Daily Rate < USD 100):

     •  We will refund your full payment if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
     •  We will provide a 50% refund if you cancel within 7 days of check-in.

If your reservation is for a premium property (Daily Rate > USD 100):
     •  We will refund your full payment if you cancel at least 15 days before check-in.
     •  We will provide a 50% refund if you cancel within 15 days of check-in.

If your stay is longer than 21 days:
     •  We will provide an 80% refund if you cancel between 45 and 15 days before check-in.
     •  We will provide a 50% refund if you cancel within 15 days of check-in.

Did you book through another website?
     •  You may encounter stricter cancellation policies. Always make sure to check the cancellation policy of the specific site before making a reservation and contact them directly.

If you obtained a preferential/corporate rate, please speak with your agent as they will provide you with relevant information regarding your reservation.
Please note that your refund may take up to 30 days to be processed depending on your bank entity.

Processing Fees:
Credit card processing payment fees, including payments made through the GatsbyHouses website and app, Booking, VRBO, Expedia, Homeaway, Agoda, Hotels, and other channels, will be deducted from all refunds and partial refunds (approximately 5% of the total payment).
