Review our cancellation policies and cancel or modify your reservation by contacting our 24\/7 customer support team.
If your reservation is for a standard property (Daily Rate < USD 100):<\/p>

If your stay is longer than 21 days:<\/strong>
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022\u00a0 We will provide an 80% refund if you cancel between 45 and 15 days before check-in.
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022\u00a0 We will provide a 50% refund if you cancel within 15 days of check-in.<\/p>

If you obtained a preferential\/corporate rate, please speak with your agent as they will provide you with relevant information regarding your reservation.
Please note that your refund may take up to 30 days to be processed depending on your bank entity.<\/p>
